Vestel merges two foreign subsidiaries

Vestel Elektronik has decided to merge its subsidiaries in Poland and the Netherlands. Vestel Elektronik has decided to merge two of its subsidiaries as part of its restructuring abroad. According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was decided to merge Vestel Poland, a 100% subsidiary of Vestel Ticaret in Poland, and Vestel Holland, a 100% subsidiary of Vestel Ticaret in the Netherlands, under Vestel Holland. With this merger, all assets, liabilities and operations of Vestel Poland were transferred to the Polish branch of Vestel Holland as of January 1, 2023. Vestel Holland's Polish branch will continue the organization, partnership structure, functions and operations of Vestel Poland in their current form. The statement stated that this change will not affect the company's market position in Poland.
