Making statements about the new social housing project, Minister Kurum gave the information that, "Those whose income is below 16 thousand liras in Istanbul and below 14 thousand liras in other provinces will be able to apply to TOKİ in order to become a homeowner. There will be a maturity opportunity of up to 240 months." Kurum said, "Approximately 20 percent of the quota will be allocated to young people under the age of 30. We will determine an age scale and a rate. Let's say you couldn't get into the housing project, you will be able to apply for the land and build your own home. There will be no category such as newlyweds, what we mean by young people."
