Tera Investments acquired BGC Partners

Tera Yatırım has acquired all of BGC Partners Securities, which was owned by BGC Holdings. Tera Yatırım Securities has acquired all of BGC Partners Securities, which was owned by BGC Holdings, for a share amount of 17 million 540 thousand 874 TL. The change in the partnership structure of BGC Partners Securities Inc., which provides research, sales, transaction brokerage and corporate finance services to domestic and foreign institutional investors, was published by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on August 18, 2022. Tera Yatırım announced that they aim to increase their market share in the domestic and foreign corporate customers market with the said acquisition.
