KKDF deduction rate for leasing companies' foreign loans has been reduced to zero

The resource utilization support fund (KKDF) deduction rate for loans provided by financial leasing companies from abroad has been reduced to zero. According to the Presidential Decree on the KKDF deduction published in today's Official Gazette, the KKDF rate will be applied to loans provided by financial leasing companies from abroad as zero. The President has the authority to reduce the deduction rates to zero, increase them to 15 points, or completely remove the deduction.
