Applications for the 'My New Home Campaign' begin on Monday

The campaign will provide financing up to 5 million Turkish Lira in Istanbul, 3 million Turkish Lira in Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin, and Muğla, and 2 million Turkish Lira for other cities. Applications for the "My New Home Housing Financing Program" announced by Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati and Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum will begin tomorrow. The campaign aims to enable middle-income citizens to purchase their first homes in 81 provinces with a much more affordable maturity structure compared to market conditions. In this context, financing up to 5 million Turkish Lira in Istanbul, 3 million Turkish Lira in Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin, and Muğla, and 2 million Turkish Lira for other cities will be provided. With the financing model, which will offer easy payment with state contribution for the first 3 years and payment options compatible with household income throughout the loan term, it is aimed to provide all 100 thousand families with their new, first-hand homes in the first stage. The campaign will offer a maturity difference starting from 0.69 percent, 15-year maturity, 10 percent down payment, an installment rate not exceeding 30 percent of the household income, and easy payment options for the first 3 years.
