Koç Holding bought 630 million lira worth of Arçelik shares

Koç Holding announced that it has purchased 0.87 percent of its subsidiary Arçelik from the Koç Holding Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation for 630 million Turkish Lira. Koç Holding has purchased the shares of its subsidiary Arçelik, corresponding to 0.87 percent of the capital, held by the Koç Holding Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation for 630 million Turkish Lira. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Koç Holding announced that the purchase was made in cash and in advance and that the share transfer was completed today. According to Arçelik’s partnership structure before the transaction, Koç Holding held a 40.56 percent share in the paid-in capital of 675.7 million Turkish Lira, while the Koç Holding Retirement and Assistance Fund Foundation held a 5.14 percent share.
