In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform by Migros, it was stated that 66 of the 228 stores they owned in the 10 provinces affected by the earthquake were assessed as unusable and that they were saddened by the loss of 22 colleagues. In a special situation statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform by Migros Ticaret A.Ş., information was provided regarding the losses and damages related to the earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023. In the company's statement, it was reported that as of January 31, 2023, they had 2,927 stores nationwide and that they had a total of 228 stores that were rented and insured in all 10 provinces affected by the earthquake. It was stated that 66 of these stores were assessed as unusable and that they were deeply saddened by the loss of 22 Migros employees.
