Plan to increase capital ceiling at Halkbank

Halkbank applied to the CMB and BDDK to increase its registered capital ceiling to 30 billion TL. Halkbank applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) to increase its registered capital ceiling from 10 billion TL to 30 billion TL. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Monday evening, the bank stated that the applications, which also include extending the registered capital ceiling period until the end of 2027, were made to the CMB and BDDK yesterday.
