The Privatization Administration has put 7 real estates in Istanbul, Izmir, and Kutahya up for sale. The Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance will privatize 7 real estates in 3 provinces. According to the institution’s announcement published in the Official Gazette, the privatization transactions in question will be carried out using the “sale” method. In this context, two real estates will be sold in the Çeşme district of Izmir, one in the central district of Kütahya, and four in the Tuzla district of Istanbul. A specification price ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 liras was determined for the real estates’ tender. The temporary guarantee amounts range from 300,000 to 3 million liras. The tenders will be carried out by receiving offers in sealed envelopes from multiple bidders and conducting negotiations, using the “bargaining” and then “open auction” methods. The final bids for the real estates in Izmir will be received by September 27, and for those in Kütahya and Istanbul by September 28.
