Urgent expropriation decision in two provinces in the Official Gazette

According to the presidential decrees published in the Official Gazette, some immovable properties in Aksaray and Amasya will be urgently expropriated The presidential decrees regarding the urgent expropriation of some immovable properties in Aksaray and Amasya have been published in the Official Gazette. According to the decrees published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, it has been decided that some immovable properties located within the reserve construction area declared in the Hamidiye neighborhood of the central district of Aksaray will be urgently expropriated by the Aksaray Municipality in order to liquidate the structures that are mostly contrary to zoning legislation, pose a disaster risk, and pose a problem in terms of general public order and security and to create healthy and safe living spaces that are in compliance with the rules of science and art along with their transportation and infrastructure. According to AA, it has been decided that the immovable property located within the boundaries of Ortaova village in the Merzifon district of Amasya will be urgently expropriated by the Amasya Special Provincial Administration in order to build various facilities for the utilization of the geothermal resources in the area in question.
