Halkbank prepares to borrow up to 15 billion TL

Halkbank has authorized the general directorate to issue VTMK, İTMK or similar types of debt instruments up to TL 15 billion. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by the bank on Wednesday evening, it was stated that the issuances will be carried out through a public offering or through private placement without a public offering or through sales to qualified investors.
