Ziraat Bank provided syndication

The bank announced that a syndicated loan of $423 million and €779 million, totaling $1.3 billion, was secured. The renewal rate for the syndicated loan was stated as 103 percent. The loan, which consists of two tranches in euros and US dollars with a maturity of 367 days, was coordinated by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC and Emirates NBD Capital Limited, while Emirates NBD Capital Limited and Standard Chartered Bank served as sustainability coordinators. The statement did not include details about the cost of the syndicated loan. According to the statement, the loan was renewed with the participation of 52 banks from 25 countries.
