Limits increased in urban transformation loans

The Presidency's "Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Interest Support to be Provided for Loans to be Used from Banks by Rightholders within the Scope of Law No. 6306" was published in the Official Gazette. With the decision, the period for applications to be made to the bank starting from the date of evacuation or demolition in order to be able to provide interest support for construction, acquisition and reinforcement loans has been increased from one year to three years. The upper credit limits have been increased from 240 thousand TL to 320 thousand TL in reinforcement loans, from 600 thousand TL to 1 million 250 thousand TL in housing construction and housing acquisition loans, from 600 thousand TL to 800 thousand TL in workplace construction loans, and from 250 thousand TL to 350 thousand TL in workplace acquisition loans.
