Minister Nebati: KGF limit increased to 400 billion lira

Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati stated that they increased the volume of the KGF packages they announced before the earthquake disaster, raising the KGF limit from 250 billion lira to a total of 400 billion lira. Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati made statements regarding the work in the earthquake zone at the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In his statement here, Minister Nebati said, "We increased the volume of the KGF packages we announced before the earthquake disaster, raising the KGF limit from 250 billion lira to a total of 400 billion lira. We are offering 50 billion lira of this directly to the benefit of our citizens in the earthquake zone." In addition, Minister Nebati stated that they implemented special packages for the earthquake zone through the recently established Katılım Finans Kefalet A.Ş., and reminded that they have deleted all unpaid electricity and natural gas bills of citizens whose homes or workplaces were destroyed in the earthquake, those who were determined to be in urgent need of demolition, or who suffered moderate or severe damage.
