The decision on renewable energy investments is in the Official Gazette

The Presidential Decree on renewable energy investments under the State of Emergency was published in the Official Gazette. The Presidential Decree on Renewable Energy Resource Area Investments under the State of Emergency (OHAL) was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, the periods foreseen for the evaluation of electricity produced within the scope of contracts whose competitions were held in accordance with Article 4 of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Resources for the Purpose of Generating Electricity and the relevant legislation and which were ongoing as of the date of entry into force of this Presidential Decree, in the free market were extended for three months.
