CMB approves free capital increase of two companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the free capital increases of Sasa Polyester Sanayi AŞ and Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ. According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the board approved the free capital increases of Sasa Polyester Sanayi AŞ amounting to 52 million 601 thousand 757.75 liras from internal resources and 2 billion 940 million 766 thousand 824.35 liras from profit shares, for a total of 2 billion 993 million 368 thousand 582.10 liras, and Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ’s 399 million 24 thousand 320 liras. Destek Finans Factoring AŞ’s application for a debt instrument issuance of 8 million 750 thousand dollars was allowed. It was decided to impose an administrative fine of 500 thousand liras on Global Crowd Funding Platform AŞ due to non-conformance to legislation in changes in its partnership structure. It was decided to take legal action pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 26 websites that were determined to allow leveraged transactions abroad via the internet for persons resident in Turkey.
