LME to reduce daily price limits on aluminium and copper contracts

The London Metal Exchange (LME) will reduce daily price limits on aluminium and copper open contracts from 15% to 12% as of July 24. According to the LME’s statement, the daily price limits on aluminium and copper open contracts will be reduced as part of the methodology implemented to adjust daily price limits. The daily price limits on these contracts will be reduced from the current 15% to 12% as of July 24. The assessment process to calibrate daily price limits will be carried out twice a year, but an assessment will also be made in cases where additional review is required.
