Buyers will be able to benefit from a 25 percent discount if they pay off their debt balance in cash. The campaign will start on September 21 Buyers who will not be able to pay off their entire debt will be able to partially benefit from the 25 percent discount campaign on their payment, provided that it is no less than 25 percent of the debt balance. Buyers of residences and workplaces will be able to learn their debt balances, which will be calculated as of the debt closure date, from the bank where they made the sales transactions between September 21 and October 19, 2023. The 25 percent discount campaign will start on September 21 and end on October 19. Buyers who can receive a housing loan must first have made the installment payments for the month in which the debt closure was made as of the application date.
