BDDK granted operating permit to BLG Asset Management

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) has published its decision regarding the operating permit of BLG Varlık Yönetim AŞ in the Official Gazette. The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) has granted an operating permit to BLG Varlık Yönetim AŞ. The BRSA's decision on the subject has been published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, it has been decided to grant an operating permit to BLG Varlık Yönetim AŞ, which was established with the decision of the Board dated April 19, 2023, within the framework of Article 143 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and Article 6 of the Regulation on the Establishment and Operating Principles of Asset Management Companies and Transactions Regarding Receivables to be Transferred.
