The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the public offering of Pacific Hardware and Software Information Technologies and Bor Şeker. According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the public offering application of Pacific Hardware and Software Information Technologies Inc. at 35 liras and Bor Şeker Inc. at 26.54 liras. Among the companies that were granted permission to apply for debt instrument issuance were İstanbul Varlık Yönetim AŞ with 500 million liras, Akdeniz Factoring AŞ with 264 million liras, Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ with 8 billion liras, Mercedes Benz Kamyon Finansman AŞ with 1 billion 200 million liras and Tam Finans Factoring AŞ with 760 million liras. Aktif Portföy Yönetimi AŞ announced that it was decided to approve the request to allow the establishment of the Playgate Venture Capital Investment Fund and to approve the issuance document regarding the issuance of participation shares. The Board announced that it had responded positively to the requests for permission to establish A1 Portfolio Management Inc. First Real Estate Investment Fund and A1 Portfolio Management Inc. Second Real Estate Investment Fund. It was decided that legal action be taken to block access to 41 websites determined to have leveraged transactions conducted abroad via the internet for persons resident in Turkey.
