Israel stocks higher at close; TA 35 up 1.35%

Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Real Estate, Communication and Technology sectors led shares higher. At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 1.35%. The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Energix (TASE:ENRG), which rose 9.46% or 100.00 points to trade at 1.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd (TASE:ALHE) was up 7.40% or 324.00 points to 4.00 at the close and Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) was up 5.91% or 1.00 points to 28.00 at the close. The worst performers of the session were Kenon Holdings Ltd (TASE:KEN), which fell 2.64% or 370.00 points to close at 13.00 at the close. Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:ESLT) fell 2.16% or 1.00 points to end at 78.00 and Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd (TASE:NVMI) was down 1.88% or 570 points to end at 29.00. Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 320 to 154 and 43 ended unchanged. Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd (TASE:NVMI) shares fell 1.88% or 570 points to 29.00 in 52-week lows. Crude oil WTI Futures for August delivery rose 2.55% or 2.70 to $108.46 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent crude futures for September delivery rose 2.25% or 2.45 to $111.48 a barrel. Meanwhile, gold futures for August delivery rose 0.31% or 5.60 to $1.00 a troy ounce. USD/ILS was up 0.93% at 3.53 and EUR/ILS was up 0.42% at 3.68. Dollar Index futures were up 0.40% at 104.88.
