The CBRT Ordinary General Assembly will convene on April 30

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will hold the 92nd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the 2023 Accounting Period on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 14:00 in Ankara. In addition to the approval of the balance sheet account, the General Assembly will hold elections for two members of the Bank’s Board. The 92nd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) for the 2023 Accounting Period will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. According to the invitation announcement for the TCMB’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, shareholders or their representatives will be able to attend the General Assembly Meeting through the “Electronic General Assembly System” (e-GKS) provided by the Central Registry Agency AŞ (MKK) or physically at the meeting location. Shareholders may attend the general assembly meeting in person or they may send a third person as their representative. The agenda of the meeting includes reading and discussing the reports of the Bank's Board and the Audit Board for the 2023 accounting year, approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss account for 2023, discharge of the Bank's Board members and the Audit Board, holding elections for two members of the Bank's Board that will become vacant as of the end of April 30, 2024, and holding elections for one member of the Audit Board that will become vacant as of the end of April 30, 2024.
