Historical loss in the CBRT balance sheet

The TCMB's loss also seems important in terms of liquidity management. Since there will be no profit transfer from the TCMB to the Treasury, it is predicted that this situation will prevent liquidity expansion. In previous years, the CBRT had transferred profits from the profits to the Treasury as reserve funds.
