Biden calls for "shopping from small businesses"

US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris joined the discount shopping season, known as Black Friday, which began the day after Thanksgiving with messages of support for small businesses. Biden and Harris chose to visit small businesses suffering from the economic recession in the country with their spouses. US President Biden shared photos of himself shopping with his wife Jill Biden from small businesses on his Twitter account, and included the phrase, “America, shop small (businesses) today!” Vice President Harris also visited small businesses selling handmade goods in Los Angeles with her husband Doug Harris, and shared photos on her Twitter account. Harris called on him to “Shop local and support our small businesses” in her post.
