Bank of America sees good news for stocks in the week ahead Bank of America (BofA) sees good news ahead that puts risks to stocks upside. “Our economists see no signs of stagflation and expect a continued recovery in manufacturing and strong job growth, which should be positive for stocks,” strategist Ohsung Kwon wrote in a note on Monday. This week’s manufacturing report should show the manufacturing slump is over, Kwon said. He also noted that Friday’s April jobs report is also likely to be strong and show “little sign of slowing labor market momentum.”
