According to the statement made by Ayen Enerji to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Aydıner İnşaat, one of the shareholders of the company, sold 1.8 million nominal shares on November 30. According to the statement, the end-of-day nominal amount of the shares held was recorded as 230.4 million. The ratio of the end-of-day balance of the shares to the capital was 83.03 percent.
