Otokar receives €34.2 million worth of orders from Italy

Otokar announced that it has received orders totaling €34.2 million in two items from the Italian Central Purchasing Office. Otokar’s subsidiary Otokar Europe has received orders totaling €34.2 million under framework agreements signed with Consip SPA (Italian Central Purchasing Office) in 2021 and 2022. In a statement made by Otokar to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the order was placed in two items. In the first of these, it was reported that an order came from Autolinee Toscane SPA for 28 units of 9.2-meter Vectio UH Diesel and 30 units of 10.8-meter Kent LF CNG worth approximately €12.6 million. It was said that an order agreement was made with Regione Puglia Dipartimento Mobilita (Puglia Regional Transport Office) for 90 units of 10.8-meter Kent LF CNG worth approximately €21.6 million. According to the statement, deliveries under the orders in question are planned to begin in the second half of 2023 and be completed in batches in the first half of 2024.
