Mobile phone installment regulation in the Official Gazette

An amendment was made to the regulation on the principles and rules to be applied in retail trade. The Ministry of Trade, in parallel with the regulation of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, determined the maturity period for the sales of mobile phones with a price over 12 thousand liras as 3 months. The Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on the Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade prepared by the Ministry was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, the maturity limit for the sales of mobile phones with a price over 12 thousand liras, excluding the sales of mobile phones that are renewed products made by renewal centers or authorized dealers, became 3 months.
