Anti-dumping measures that have expired and will expire have been announced

The Ministry of Trade announced the anti-dumping measures that will expire in the second half of 2022 and will expire in the same period of this year. Accordingly, the anti-dumping measures implemented on imports of “concrete pumps” and “concrete pump vehicles” of South Korea and China origin, “quilted fabrics” of China origin, and “dioctyl ortho-phthalates” and “dioctyl terephthalates” of South Korea origin ended in the second half of last year. The communiqué also reminded of the anti-dumping measures that will end if a final review investigation is not opened in the second half of this year. This includes measures taken on “fire bricks” of China origin, “textured yarns of polyesters” of Taiwan and India origin, “rubber yarn” of Thailand origin, certain “transmission belts” of China, India and Vietnam origin, “stuffed wire” of “polyesters” of China origin, Vietnam origin, certain “polymer products” of Iran origin, certain “metal articles” of Taiwan and China origin, and “synthetic fabric products” of China origin.
