Arcelor Mittal sells stake in Erdemir

Arcelor Mittal announced that it has reduced its stake in Erdemir to below 5 percent with the share sale carried out in the company on March 8. Global steel company Arcelor Mittal has sold Erdemir shares. According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Arcelor Mittal sold Erdemir for a total nominal amount of 6.8 million TL on March 8. Following the sale, Arcelor Mittal’s indirect shares and voting rights in Erdemir decreased to 4.88 percent. Erdemir shares closed at 43.02 TL on March 8.
