TMSF puts Adabank up for sale

The Saving Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) put Adabank AŞ up for sale. TMSF's tender announcement was published in the Official Gazette. According to the announcement, 966 million 823 thousand 400 shares of Adabank, which consists of a total of 1 billion shares and currently belongs to TMSF, with a percentage of 96.68234, were put up for sale under the terms and conditions specified in the tender specifications. The reserve price for the entire share offered for sale was determined as 210 million TL. The tender will be held on May 24, 2023, at 14:00.
