New regulation regarding the presentation of checks in earthquake zones

The Presidential Decree amending the Presidential Decree regarding the measures taken in the field of judiciary within the scope of the state of emergency (OHAL) has been published in the Official Gazette. According to the arrangement made with the decree, the settlement areas are; Adıyaman provincial center and Çelikhan, Samsat, Besni, Gölbaşı and Tut districts; İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep province; Hatay provincial center and Antakya, Defne, İskenderun, Arsuz, Belen, Samandağ, Hassa, Kırıkhan and Yayladağı districts; Kahramanmaraş provincial center and Dulkadiroğlu, Onikişubat, Afşin, Elbistan, Ekinözü, Nurhak, Göksun, Türkoğlu, Pazarcık and Çağlayancerit districts; As of February 6, the presentation periods for checks issued by real and legal persons in Malatya city center and the districts of Battalgazi, Yeşilyurt, Arguvan, Kale, Yazıhan, Akçadağ and Doğanşehir have been suspended until June 9.
