Twitter removes inactive accounts

Twitter CEO Elon Musk announced that accounts that have been inactive for several years will be removed from the social media platform. Musk shared a post on his Twitter account regarding the issue. Musk stated that they will be cleaning up accounts that have been inactive for several years and said, "Therefore, you will probably see a decrease in the number of followers." According to Twitter's policy, users must log in at least once every 30 days to maintain the activity of their accounts.
