Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan sign memorandum of understanding on energy

Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy. According to the news in the official Saudi Arabian agency SPA, Energy Minister Abdulaziz bin Salman met with his Kazakh counterpart Almasadam Satkaliyev in the capital Riyadh. During the meeting, joint cooperation opportunities in the field of energy were discussed, while bin Salman and Satkaliyev also discussed developments in the world energy market. Bin Salman and Satkaliyev also signed a memorandum of understanding in the field of energy as part of the meeting. It was reported that the memorandum of understanding covers cooperation promotion in oil and its derivatives, natural gas and its derivatives, refining, petrochemicals, electricity, renewable energy, clean hydrogen, energy storage and some other areas.
