İş Bank's green debt instrument application to CMB

İş Bankası announced that it has applied to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of sustainable debt instruments up to a nominal value of 3 billion Turkish Lira. İş Bankası has applied to the CMB regarding the issuance of green debt instruments. In the statement made by the Bank on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was reminded that the Bank's Board of Directors decided on May 16, 2023 to issue green and/or sustainable debt instruments in different amounts, maturities and interests in TL within the country, without a public offering, by the sales method to qualified investors, within the scope of the Capital Markets Board's "Green Debt Instrument, Sustainable Debt Instrument, Green Lease Certificate, Sustainable Lease Certificate Guide". It was stated in the statement that it was announced that the General Directorate was authorized to determine all conditions regarding the said issuances to be made by the sales method to qualified investors and to fulfill the transactions with the relevant authorities, and the statements were used, "Our Bank has made the necessary application to the Capital Markets Board within the scope of the said decision."
