Google Duet AI will respond to its user's emails

Google has launched its Duet AI artificial intelligence assistant, which is currently in the testing phase, in all Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Slides, and Docs. Duet AI will be able to respond to your incoming email, as well as create visuals and graphs from the data in the email. Duet AI will use the words of its user to draft an email message, as the AI will use the content of previous emails to create responses relevant to the current mail. Technology giant Google continues to develop its services. The company has launched its “Duet AI” artificial intelligence assistant in many of its services. The company has shared a series of updates about Duet AI, its AI-powered assistant, which is generally available to Workspace users and helps them with meetings, documents, Google Chat, and various tasks. Now, this feature will be available to everyone who pays for Google’s Workspace applications. Duet AI will be able to respond to your incoming email, create visuals and graphs from the data in the email. In addition, it will provide an artificial intelligence assistant service to find items in Drive and summarize your documents. Duet AI will be able to use its user’s words to draft an email message, as the AI will draw on the content of previous emails to create responses that are relevant to the current mail. The company also said that Duet AI will enhance Gmail’s existing smart reply feature by allowing users to craft longer, more personalized emails with just one tap. Users who try Duet AI will have access to a “Help me write” button on both web and mobile devices that will give them a variety of writing assistance options. The AI can also be used to make the tone of your draft email more formal or to add more details to the message to make the draft more detailed. Google said a similar “Help me write” feature will be coming to Docs, allowing you to change the tone of your content, summarize sections, add bullet points, refine or shorten your text, and get a different draft if you don’t like it. Google will charge $30 per user to access the Duet AI service for large organizations.
