In the Ebebek Mağazacılık A.Ş. public offering, a total of 40 million shares were sold at a price of TL 46.50 per share, making the total public offering size TL 1.86 billion. According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform by Ünlü Menkul Değerler A.Ş., which mediated the transaction, 48 percent of the shares offered were distributed to domestic individual investors, 25 percent to domestic institutional investors, 25 percent to foreign institutional investors, and 2 percent to group employees. East Capital received 5.25 percent of the shares offered, and Franklin Templeton Investments received 5.25 percent.
