The number of investors in the stock exchange reached a record level with 8.6 million in October, and a downward momentum was experienced since November. When looked at by age group, it was seen that young investors continued to move away from the stock exchange. According to the data, 311 thousand 590 people in the 20-34 age group left the stock exchange in January. When looked at by portfolio slice, it was observed that large investors turned to the stock exchange in January. The number of investors with portfolios of 10 million and above, the highest portfolio segment in the MKK data set, was recorded as 17,758 in January. The number of investors with portfolios of 10 million TL and above was 15,371 the previous month. The migration of small-scale investors continued in January. The number of investors with portfolios of 1,000 TL and 100,000 TL decreased by 144,363 in January. This investor group had reached 6 million in October.
