Dumping investigation into Chinese tyre imports

An investigation has been launched against the current anti-dumping measures against imports of "heavy vehicle, agricultural vehicle and construction machinery outer tires (new rubber outer tires)" of Chinese origin. The Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports prepared by the Ministry of Trade was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, based on the application made by the domestic manufacturer Petlas Tire Industry and Trade Inc. and supported by Özka Tire and Rubber Industry and Trade, Goodyear Tire Trade, Billas Tire and Rubber Industry, Anlas Anadolu Tire Industry and Trade and Kocaeli Tire companies, a final review investigation will be conducted regarding the current anti-dumping measures against imports of "heavy vehicle, agricultural vehicle and construction machinery outer tires (new rubber outer tires)" of Chinese origin. The Communiqué includes the procedures and principles regarding the investigation.
