Dumping investigation into flat glass imports

A final review investigation has been opened regarding the definitive anti-dumping measure in force regarding the import of colorless flat glass originating from Russia. The Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports prepared by the Ministry of Trade was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, a final review investigation will be conducted regarding the definitive anti-dumping measure in force regarding the import of colorless flat glass product defined as "Others" originating from Russia based on the application made by the domestic producer Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları AŞ. The Communiqué includes the procedures and principles regarding the investigation.
