In the statement made by the Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that following their statement to KAP, different news and comments on the subject continued in the media and investor questions, and that the information given regarding the details of the transaction in the news in question did not reflect the truth. In its statement, the Holding said, "In the event of any concrete developments regarding the subject, they will be shared with our investors in accordance with the relevant regulations, and we would like to remind you that information other than the statements made by our Company should not be relied upon."
