It was announced that the Turkey Wealth Fund’s share purchase transaction regarding 4.4 percent of Kardemir has been completed. The Turkey Wealth Fund has completed the purchase transaction of 4.4 percent of Kardemir. According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the Turkey Wealth Fund has become the owner of the Group A shares with a nominal value of 50.29 million in Kardemir capital. In the statement made on Tuesday, it was stated that the Wealth Fund and Kardökmak AŞ’s Group A shares with a nominal value of 31.99 million TL in Kardemir capital and Karabük Çelik Yapı İmalat Kurulum İnşaat Nakliyat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ’s Group A shares with a nominal value of 18.29 million TL in Kardemir capital were purchased outside the Stock Exchange at a price of 13.05 TL per share, which was the closing price of the Stock Exchange on December 5.
