The size of Tera Yatırım Securities’ public offering has been announced. In the information provided to the Public Disclosure Platform regarding the company’s public offering, the size of the public offering was realized as TL 165 million. In the statement made by Tera Yatırım Securities Inc. to the Public Disclosure Platform, information was provided regarding the public offering of the company’s shares. In the statement, it was stated that the book building transactions regarding the public offering of the shares were carried out on December 15-16 using the “1Fixed Price Book Building” method and that 15 million Group B shares with a nominal value of TL 15 million were issued due to the increase in the company’s issued capital from TL 37 million 550 thousand to TL 52 million 500 thousand, and also 1 million 500 thousand Group B shares with a nominal value of TL 1 million 500 thousand within the scope of the additional sale, totaling 16 million 500 thousand Group B shares with a nominal value of TL 16 million 500 thousand. In the public offering of the company's shares, the public offering price for shares with a nominal value of TL 1 was announced as TL 10, and the public offering size was TL 165 million with the public offering price determined accordingly. In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was noted that in the public offering, individual investors received approximately 116 times the final allocation amount, high-application investors approximately 30 times the final allocation amount, and foreign institutional investors approximately 5 times the final allocation amount unfiltered demand. A total of 377,967 investors participated in the public offering, and distribution was made to 353,837 investors. 49.5 percent of the distribution went to high-application investors, while individual investors had 33.6 percent, domestic institutional investors 15.5 percent, and foreign institutional investors 1.4 percent.
