Competition Authority's decision on Coca Cola

Competition Authority fined Coca-Cola Beverage unit 272.2 million TL Coca-Cola Beverage announced that the Competition Authority imposed an administrative fine of 272.2 million TL on its subsidiary Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş. According to the KAP statement, the company will benefit from a 25 percent early payment discount on the fine and 204.1 million TL will be paid within the legal period. The company announced that it has an open path to appeal the fine to the Administrative Court and will resort to all legal means against the decision.
