BIST issues precautionary measures against Sasa and Hektaş

In a statement made by Borsa İstanbul, it was announced that certain measures, including the "Short Selling and Margin Transactions Ban", will be implemented on Sasa Polyester and Hektaş shares for 1 month. In the statement made by Borsa İstanbul, within the framework of the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of the Directive on Surveillance Measures to be Applied in Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Markets, within the scope of the Measure Management System, certain transactions in Sasa Polyester Sanayi and Hektaş Ticaret shares were banned due to transactions carried out in their markets. Accordingly, it was stated that the measures of "Short Selling and Margin Transactions Ban", "Gross Clearing" and "Prohibition of Order Cancellation, Order Quantity Reduction and Order Price Deterioration" will be implemented for the two companies for 1 month as of 23.12.2022.
