Public real estate in 15 tourism regions will be allocated to entrepreneurs

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has published an announcement for the allocation of public immovables to entrepreneurs. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has published an announcement regarding the allocation of 25 public immovables in 15 tourism regions to entrepreneurs. According to the announcement in the Official Gazette, the immovables in question are located in the Afyon Ömer Gecek Thermal, Antalya Belek, Antalya Gazipaşa, Antalya Side and Side II, Hatay İskenderun Coastal Band, İzmir Çeşmealtı, İzmir Özdere, İzmir Selçuk Pamucak, Muğla Bodrum Yalıkavak Gündoğan Göltürkbükü, Muğla Bodrum Yalıçiftliği tourism centers and Denizli Tavas Bozdağ, Erzincan Ergan Dağı and Mersin Taşucu Boğsak culture and tourism protection and development zones. In order to allocate the public immovables within the scope, willing investors must make a commitment to establish accommodation facilities with capacities ranging from 50 to 1,000 beds and daily facilities of various sizes. Entrepreneurs will be able to apply for the allocation of more than one immovable. Allocation applications can be made until January 31, 2023.
