Comprehensive changes at Albaraka

Six deputy general managers, including the deputy general manager responsible for credits, have resigned from Albaraka Türk Participation Bank, while new appointments have been made to fill the vacant positions. There have been extensive changes in the senior management of Albaraka Türk Participation Bank. According to the statement from the bank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Values and Administrative Affairs Süleyman Çelik, Deputy General Manager responsible for Central Operations Volkan Evcil, Deputy General Manager responsible for Credits Fatih Boz, Deputy General Manager responsible for Finance Mustafa Çetin, Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales Hasan Altundağ, and Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing Mehmet Fatih Yorulmaz have resigned from their positions at the bank. Appointments have been made to replace the names that have resigned. Accordingly, Umut Çakmak, Assistant General Manager Responsible for Finance and Human Values, Muzaffer Çölmek, Assistant General Manager Responsible for Operations, Muhammet Faruk Torlak, Assistant General Manager Responsible for Credits, Mehmet Emin Çonkar, Assistant General Manager Responsible for Retail and Private Banking, Mehmet Uludağ, Assistant General Manager Responsible for Corporate Banking, Serhan Akyıldız, and Assistant General Manager Responsible for Information Technologies and Digital Channels Development, Yasemin Aydın were appointed. Turgut Simitcioğlu was appointed as Deputy General Manager, Ömer Emeç as Assistant General Manager Responsible for Strategy and Transformation (also responsible for Investor Relations), and Serhan Yıldırım as Assistant General Manager Responsible for Treasury and International Banking.
