CMB Approves IPO of 2 Companies

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has approved the public offering applications of Tapdi Oksijen Özel Sağlık ve Eğitim Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ and Mackolik İnternet Hizmetleri Ticaret AŞ. According to the decision included in the CMB weekly bulletin, the public offering of 28 million TL shares formed during the rights issue increase of Tapdi Oksijen's capital of 100 million TL to 128 million TL will be realized. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 10.21 TL. Mackolik İnternet Hizmetleri's shares with a nominal value of 8.5 million TL belonging to the existing partner İstanbul Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Pre-IPO Venture Capital Investment Fund will be offered to the public. Shares with a nominal value of 1 TL will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 38 TL.
