The decision on health measures during the state of emergency is in the Official Gazette

The Presidential Decree on Measures Taken in the Field of Health During the State of Emergency (OHAL) was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. According to the decree, pharmacists who practice their profession freely and businesses operating as medical device sales centers, opticians, custom-made prosthesis and orthosis centers, hearing aid centers or dental prosthesis laboratories will be granted an operating permit in the provinces declared under the state of emergency, in places or mobile vehicles deemed appropriate by the governor's office, within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Ministry of Health, during the period of the state of emergency. During the state of emergency, private pharmacies in Adıyaman, Hatay and Kahramanmaraş, and in the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep may be exempted from drug tracking system transactions within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Ministry of Health. However, requests for drugs subject to red and green prescriptions will be met by regularly keeping the book records of the prescriptions and keeping a copy of the printed prescriptions. During the state of emergency, medical device sales centers, opticians, custom-made prosthesis and orthosis centers, hearing aid centers or dental prosthesis laboratories located in Adıyaman, Hatay and Kahramanmaraş, and in the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep may be exempted from product tracking system notifications within the framework of the procedures and principles determined by the Ministry of Health.
