Stating that they connect the world to Turkey with safe and comfortable transportation networks and that an all-time record was broken at Antalya Airport on Saturday, July 22, Uraloğlu noted the following: "On Saturday, July 22, we served a total of 210,144 passengers, 19,587 on domestic lines and 190,557 on international lines. On the same day, a total of 1162 aircraft traffic was realized, 111 on domestic lines and 1051 on international lines." Regarding the air traffic statistics announced in the EUROCONTROL European Aviation Outlook Report for the period of July 10-16, 2023, Uraloğlu stated that it is a source of pride that Istanbul Airport is the busiest airport in Europe with an average of 1,487 daily flights. Abdulkadir Uraloğlu also drew attention to the fact that Turkish Airlines ranked 3rd among the airlines that operated the most flights in the period of July 10-16 with an average of 1,616 daily flights. Minister Uraloğlu said, "Our airport, which follows Istanbul Airport among the airports of our country and ranks 7th in the world ranking, was Antalya Airport with an average of 1,018 flights. With these announced data, it was seen that Istanbul Airport (18 percent) and Antalya Airport (9 percent) exceeded their 2019 performances. When the one-week data of June was compared with the data for the period of July 10-16, 2023, flights increased by 0.57 percent.”
